- process - (collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, depersonalize, block, delete, destroy) - my personal data: surname, first name, gender, date of birth, telephone numbers, e-mail address, as well as interest data based on the analysis of my searches and visits to Internet sites. I also authorize "Statix Pro" to send advertisements and information about products, works, services of "Statix Pro" and "Amada Pátria Restauração, Lda", to the e-mail address and/or telephone number specified by me to inform about products, promotions and services. The data will be stored on a server located outside the European Union. The protection provided in the third country is considered adequate by the EU. The company has taken the necessary measures to provide adequate safeguards, and has invoked specific reasons for the transfer (derogations), such as the consent of the data subject. Upon receipt of the letter, the User's deletion from the "Friend Nr1" loyalty system and the personal data stored will be processed, as the loyalty system can only be used with personal data and for as long as the User consents to the processing of such data.
