I give permission to Festivasimetria Unipessoal Lda (user of the "Statix Pro" service), NIF 516824597, with its head office located at Rua de Sá da Bandeira, 740, 4000-432, Porto, Portugal, to use the data provided in the form for the following purposes:
- To inform me about the products and services of "LoungeNr1";
- To process – (collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, modify), retrieve, use, anonymize, block, delete, destroy) – my personal data: surname, first name, gender, date of birth, phone numbers, email address, as well as data on interests based on the analysis of my search activity and visits to websites.
- I also authorize "Statix Pro" to send advertising and information about products, projects, and services of "Statix Pro" and "Festivasimetria Unipessoal Lda" to the email address and/or phone number I provided, in order to inform me about products, promotions, and services.
- The data will be stored on a server located outside the European Union. The protection provided in the third country is recognized by the EU as adequate. The company has taken the necessary measures to ensure appropriate safeguards and refers to special grounds for the transfer (derogation), such as the data subject’s consent.

- Upon receipt of the letter, the user will be removed from the "Friend Nr1" loyalty system along with all stored personal data, since the loyalty system may only be used with personal data and as long as the user consents to such data processing.
